Aspen, CO All restaurants and bars must be 100% smokefree.
Breckenridge, CO All restaurants and bars must be 100% smokefree.
Burlington, VT All restaurants and bars must be 100% smokefree.
Charleston, WV As of 1/1/04, all restaurants must be 100% smokefree.
Dallas, TX All restaurants and attached bars must be 100% smokefree.
El Paso, TX All restaurants and attached bars must be 100% smokefree.
Eugene, OR All restaurants and attached bars must be 100% smokefree.
Fayettville, AR All restaurants must be 100% smokefree.
Fort Collins, CO All restaurants and attached bars must be 100% smokefree.
Hawaii
Honolulu County All restaurants and attached bars must be 100% smokefree.
Kalawao County All restaurants must be 100% smokefree. No restrictions
in
attached bars or freestanding bars.
Kauai County All restaurants must be 100% smokefree.
Maui County All restaurants and attached bars must be 100% smokefree.
Madison, WI All restaurants and attached bars must be 100% smokefree July 2005.
Minneapolis City, MN All restaurants and bars must be 100% smokefree beginning in March 2005.
Montgomery County, MD All restaurants and attached bars must be 100% smokefree.
Portland, OR All restaurants and bars must be 100% smokefree, unless
they
are posted as off-limits to minors.
Rapid City, SD Restaurants must be 100% smokefree unless they have a
liquor
license.
San Clemente, CA Beaches must be smokefree.
Santa Fe, NM All restaurants must be 100% smokefree.
Santa Monica, CA Beaches must be smokefree.
Solana Beach, CA Beaches must be smokefree.
Snowmass, CO All restaurants and bars must be 100% smokefree.
